We blend Umeshu made from Nanko-ume fruit from Kishu with fruit wine adding 100% Japanese real Ume fruit inside the bottle
It is made from 100% blue agave plants grown in the highlands of Jalisco
and the 2000 showed its merit in two different tastings
The whiskey will continue to be progressively aged and re-released annually at a year older
